On Friday 1st October, brothers Matt and Dan are taking part in a skydive to raise money for ABF The Soldiers' Charity. Unlike many military causes, ABF actually support the individuals who have served our country and returned home either injured or unable to support themselves financially due to their courageous commitments in the forces.

Penn Fun Run 2009Sunday 20th June, is the day of the penn fun run!

Is a 3 mile run, at your own pace just for a fun day out and perhaps a bit of recruitment whilst we're there!

The race starts at 2:30pm so we'll meet at the penn common, by the pond at 1:45pm, it costs £7 and is a good fun day out!

Uniform is greens and you can run in trainers if you like but make sure you still take your boots to wear before and after the race. Make sure you bring some water with you and any extra money for ice creams etc. Also would be handy to bring some safety pins to attach racing numbers.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
